The U.S. distributor AEX Technology Solutions LLC of Chicago, Illinois will exclusively distribute the unique and technologically advanced AiroDoctor® indoor air purifier for the U.S. and Canada.

AEX Technology Solutions specializes in the distribution of advanced technology solutions for corporate retail, hospitality and healthcare. With the AiroDoctor®, AEX is expanding its portfolio for all these sectors.

AiroDoctor®: air purifier with technologically advanced filtration technology

Thanks to its innovative photocatalytic filter, the AiroDoctor® is unique in the field of indoor air purification because filtered-out viruses and bacteria are neutralized effectively and without toxic by-products. Photocatalysis describes a safe chemical reaction of UV-A light with titanium dioxide (TiO2). These two special components, which are exclusive to the AiroDoctor®, are the UV-A LED light and the catalyst made of 250 grams of solid titanium dioxide.
The free radicals generated in the process, act as powerful oxidants capable of decomposing organic materials in the vicinity of the UV-illuminated catalyst. UV-A LED light has the optimal wavelength to trigger photocatalysis in a highly effective way. The solid titanium dioxide material shows little wear and tear as a result of photocatalysis reactions, and thus works for a long time without emitting harmful particles. The effectiveness of AiroDoctor®'s mode of operation has been proven in international scientific studies.
