Michael van der Mark to Replace Kohta Nozane for Round 5 of the All Japan JSB1000 Championship

YART Yamaha Official EWC Team rider Kohta Nozane will participate in Round 4 of the Endurance World Championship (EWC) at the Slovakia Ring on June 23–24, continuing his role as a member of the YART Team. As this falls on the same race weekend of Round 5 of the All Japan Road Race Championship, Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team rider Michael van der Mark will replace Nozane as the rider of the YAMAHA FACTORY RACING TEAM.

The race will take place at the 4.6 km Autopolis International Racing Course in Oita Prefecture on the southern island of Kyushu. 2014 World Supersport Champion and two-time Suzuka 8 Hours winner van der Mark will enter as a member of the YAMAHA FACTORY RACING TEAM alongside five-time consecutive All Japan JSB1000 Champion and two-time Suzuka 8 Hours winner, Katsuyuki Nakasuga.
