    Yanmar Holdings Completes Acquisition of TEDOM

    Yanmar Energy System Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yanmar Holdings, has officially completed its acquisition of Czech cogeneration manufacturer TEDOM. Yanmar reached an agreement with TEDOM’s previous owner, Jet Investment, on September 4, with regulatory authorities completing the review process over the past few weeks.
