Marabou, Stimorol and Tuc gets a new Managing Director!
Copenhagen, Denmark – 16.02.2015
Danish Jesper Hvid-Hansen is appointed Managing Director for Mondelez International Danmark, effective 16th February 2015. In his new position, Jesper will be responsible for continuing Mondelēz International’s success as one of the leading FMCG companies in the Danish market. With brands such as Tuc, Oreo, Marabou, Stimorol and Philadelphia, the company is set to create further growth in the biscuits, chocolate, chewing gum and cheese categories.
Jesper Hvid-Hansen commenced his career with Mondelez International in 2003 (then Kraft Foods). Having held various prestigous roles within the organisation, including Country Manager for the business unit ’Away From Home’ in both Norway and Denmark, and Customer Director for Denmark, he is primed for the challenge of becoming head of Mondelez Denmark.
”I look forward to taking on my new role, and I believe that my background and experience will enable me to take the danish business of Mondelez to the next level”, Says Hvid-Hansen.
Mike Taylor, Managing Director Nordic for Mondelez International, is pleased to announce the appointment and states that ”Jesper knows our business and the Danish market, and I am confident that he is the right person to lead Mondelez Denmark”.
Jesper Hvid-Hansen completed his education in 1990, with a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Aarhus. He succeeds Sara Nordsten Ahnve, who will be taking on a Nordic role within the Mondelez business.
