There will be a road closure of Trinity Street in Bury on Sat 22nd and Sun 23rd Oct to facilitate sewer connection works. Trinity Street car park will be closed as a result of the works. We encourage drivers and residents to plan their journey ahead of time and check alternative routes. We appreciate your patience at this time and while these essential works take place.
Construction will begin shortly on Bury’s next two walking and cycling schemes. Work will start on 15 August to reconfigure the junction of Jubilee Way and Manchester Road outside Bury Town Hall
Emergency maintenance work will be carried out at the junction of Bell and Wash Lane. The work is expected to last from 1st June till 5th June.
A scheme to improve lengthy parts of Lowercroft Road is about to start, which will mean diversions and temporary road closures.
