    今天推出的新产品「S-821A/1B系列」是1节锂离子电池保护IC,具有以下特点:(1)通过将进行充放电控制的N沟道MOSFET配置在锂离子电池的正极侧(正端),实现切断电池正极侧电流路径的保护方式,同时,电池组侧和系统侧的共地为简化系统设计做出贡献。另外,由于内置有业界最高等级的3倍升压充电泵,所以N沟道MOSFET的驱动电压高,降低了N沟道MOSFET的导通电阻;(2)备有业界顶级精度的放电过电流保护(3段),能够在安全的领域切断异常电流;(3)过充电检测电压精度为±15mV,实现业界顶级的高精度化;(4)通过节电功能,在禁止电池放电
