This session explores how mental health services across Europe can better meet the needs of children and young people living with coeliac disease.
Using WHO/Europe’s Quality Standards for Child and Youth Mental Health Services as a reference point, the webinar will highlight what high-quality, youth-centred care looks like and how coeliac organisations can contribute to improving support, reducing anxiety, and strengthening resilience among younger patients.
The focus is on identifying gaps, aligning practices, and promoting early, coordinated mental health care as part of holistic coeliac disease management.
The presentation will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session for attendees.
