Bjelin wins NeoCon 2023 Award
Bjelin’s hardened wood range won the Best of NeoCon 2023 Award in the Hard-Surface Flooring: Natural Materials category! The Scandinavian-designed floors were recognised for their “excellence and innovation” at NeoCon’s event in Chicago.
A leading platform for the commercial interior design industry, NeoCon’s awards focus on innovation and creativity. What sets Bjelin’s hardened wood floors apart is that they are empowered by ground-breaking technologies, making them exceptionally durable and long-lasting.

Bjelin’s hardened wood flooring range features the patented technologies, Woodura® and 5G® Dry™, developed in-house by sister company Välinge Innovation. Woodura® is a surface technology that ensures the floors are three times stronger than engineered wood floors while only a tenth of wood is needed.
The leakproof 5G® Dry™ floor locking system ensures a fast, easy, and durable installation without glue or nails. A watertight joint prevents water from seeping through the panels and damaging the subfloor, making these floors last longer.
Aesthetically, the natural beauty and visible grain patterns add a sense of authenticity and timelessness to a room. In combination with the wide planks, these floors make an impact. Bjelin’s range is provided in Scandinavian-influenced colours, from deep and dark browns inspired by the forests, to light white synonymous with long, bright summer days.

Bjelin is part of the Pervanovo Invest AB Group and develops and manufactures a wide product range of both traditional wooden floors and innovative floors from new materials. The development is performed in collaboration with the sister company Välinge Innovation AB, best known as the inventors of the click floor.
The production takes place in our state-of-the-art factories in Sweden and in northern Croatia, where we have access to high-quality FSC-certified wood and highly experienced employees who, for generations, have worked to refine the well-known Slavonic oak into wine barrels and today into floors.
