Bjelin’s hardened wood flooring wins FCNnovation Award
Bjelin's Scandinavian-designed hardened wood 3.0 range has won an FCNnovation Award from industry authority Floor Covering News. The award recognises and showcases ground-breaking and industry-changing ideas and acknowledges those innovations that are ‘a cut above the rest’.
Known for their exceptional durability, hardened wood floors are 100% real wood floors that are three times stronger than engineered wood while more dent- and water-resistant. With leakproof floor locking technology, concerns about spills and activity are also a thing of the past.

Bjelin provides a range of flooring products focused on innovation and sustainability. The company’s durable hardened wood range, empowered by the Woodura® technology developed by Välinge Innovation, optimises all raw materials.
Adding to the outstanding durability is the leakproof 5G Dry® floor locking system, ensuring a quick and easy installation with watertight joints preventing liquids from seeping through the seams. The series is available in a wide range of plank sizes, from Small to XXL, and various popular Scandi-inspired colours. The product is suitable for both residential and heavy-traffic commercial areas.

Bjelin is part of the Pervanovo Invest AB Group and develops and manufactures a wide range of flooring products, including traditional wooden floors and innovative floors from new materials. This development is in collaboration with sister company Välinge Innovation AB, best known as the inventor of the first mechanical floor locking system.
Production takes place in Bjelin’s state-of-the-art factories in Sweden and Croatia, where the company has access to high-quality FSC-certified wood. For generations, highly experienced employees have worked there to refine the well-known Slavonic oak into wine barrels – and now floors.
