    Trio of International Artists Lead Big Night of Modern Art at Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers

    On Tuesday, Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers sold a record-breaking painting by Anton Rooskens for € 149,000 including buyer’s premium, an exceptional work by Pierre Soulages for € 873,000 including buyer’s premium as well as two paintings by Simon Hantaï for €200,000 including buyer’s premium and € 472,000 including buyer’s premium) respectively.

    Finn Juhl's Lost Furniture Found After 80 Years

    ​Finn Juhl exhibited a sofa and two chairs in 1939. For 80 years, the design world believed it to have been lost, but now it has reappeared and will be sold at auction by Bruun Rasmussen in December. It'll hold the highest estimated price for a piece of 20th Century Danish design ever. A piece of Danish design history and cultural heritage is looking for a new home.
