AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Dassault Falcon Aircraft Redelivered after Line Maintenance

AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s Istanbul team has welcomed several aircraft to their hangar for line maintenance activities. Among these projects were two Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft that came in for 2-month inspections. The inspections were accompanied by database updates, and one aircraft also underwent an auxiliary power unit (APU) exhaust muffler inspection. The engine and APU oil levels were also checked, and necessary servicing was performed. Additionally, troubleshooting of the tire pressure sensor was conducted, revealing a faulty part that was replaced. The other F7X underwent non-flying period storage tasks alongside the inspection.

A Dassault Falcon 6X also came for a 2-month inspection, as did a Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy. The latter underwent additional maintenance, including lubrication of the landing gear doors, an oil level check of the pneumatic starters, a functional test of the DC generator system, and replacement of the fuel quantity management computer (FQMC) and the second main battery.

Two Dassault Falcon 8Xs arrived for periodic database upgrades and head-up display (HUD) updates. During their stay, one of the aircraft underwent a quick access recorder download, an APU soap check, servicing of the high-frequency coupler pressure, and replacement of the engine fuel filter.

A new customer brought in their Dassault Falcon 7X for lubrication of the flap actuator screws in the entire system, while a long-term customer brought in their Dassault Falcon 2000 for slat replacement.
