AMAC Aerospace Turkey Istanbul is pleased to have supported 2x Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy customers in Ankara, Turkey, at the end of November.
In late November, 2x operators of Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft contacted AMAC Aerospace’s team in Basel, Switzerland, for drop-in AOG support. The first aircraft belongs to a new customer who came for a navigation light change. The second aircraft belongs to a long-term customer who came for a cockpit side window replacement.
At the end of November, AMAC Aerospace’s Boeing team redelivered a Boeing B737 to a long term customer after successfully completing a C1 and C2 check, as well as interior modifications and refurbishment. The bulkhead was refurbished and the non-textile flooring (NTF) was replaced.
In late November, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed 2x Dassault Falcon 8Xs to the hangar in Istanbul for line maintenance. The electronic databases of the aircraft were updated to the latest cycles as necessary.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have completed maintenance, modifications and refurbishments on an Airbus A340. The head of state aircraft underwent a 4-year check at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, has completed a 12-months and 800-flight hour inspection of a new customer’s Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft. In parallel, AMAC Aerospace’s experienced team removed the current engine of the aircraft, which was a leasing unit, and installed the original back.
AMAC Aerospace welcomed back a long-term customer's Airbus A330 from Asia to its hangars in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC Aerospace’s Airbus team performed A1, A2 and C1 checks on the aircraft as well as out-of-phase work.
In mid-December, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, efficiently completed a C check on a Boeing B737-800. The check included the removal and installation of the aft/forward wet area, galley and lavatory, as well as landing gear extension/retraction tests and more.
AMAC Aerospace is proud to announce the first installation of the HDX satellite connectivity system. The system was installed on an Airbus A319 belonging to a long term customer at our hangars in Basel, Switzerland. This upgrade sets a new standard for passenger experience and in-flight connectivity with the advanced Gogo Galileo HDX system.
AMAC Aerospace is proud to announce the redelivery of a Boeing B737-400 in Bodrum, Turkey. The commercial aircraft underwent a C check.
In mid-November, AMAC Aerospace opened its hangar doors to welcome a new customers Bombardier Global Express XRS in Basel, Switzerland. One of the aircraft’s engines was faulty, so AMAC Aerospace’s technicians replaced it with a new one.
In early November, AMAC Aerospace conducted a 2-month inspection of a Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy, accompanied by flight control tasks at the hangars in Istanbul, Turkey.
At the beginning of November, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, completed maintenance on several Dassault Falcon 8X and 7X aircraft.
In mid-November, JCB Aero completed maintenance on an Airbus A318. JCB Aero’s skilled technicians performed a 6-month inspection and due maintenance tasks of the aircraft.
At the beginning of December, AMAC Aerospace completed maintenance on a Boeing B737 from a long term commercial customer. The aircraft underwent a 12-year inspection at AMAC Aerospace’s hangar in Bodrum, Turkey.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, is pleased to have redelivered a Dassault Falcon 2000 to a long term customer. The crew of the privately owned aircraft reported a landing gear lock failure and the aircraft was jacked up for troubleshooting. AMAC Aerospace’s team found that one of the main landing gear door actuators was inoperative.

In late October, a customer contacted JCB Aero for AOG support for their Airbus A320. JCB Aero accepted the request and welcomed the aircraft to their hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft had a tight flight schedule but JCB Aero succeeded to complete the maintenance input in only one day.
A Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s Istanbul hangar after the crew reported a digital data failure with the engine. AMAC Aerospace’s team performed troubleshooting and correctly tightened the connectors. Afterwards, the system continued to function properly.
At the end of October, AMAC Aerospace completed maintenance on an Airbus A320 and Airbus A319 aircraft at the hangars in Basel, Switzerland. The Airbus A320 belongs to one of AMAC Aerospace’s long term customers and came in for a 6-month inspection. The Airbus A319 belongs to another long term customer and came in for an A1 and 3A check.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have successfully completed a 12-year inspection and redelivery of an Airbus A320-200 at the hangars in Bodrum, Turkey. This aircraft is the sixth successfully completed redelivery under this ongoing project.
