A Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy underwent defect rectification at AMAC Aerospace’s hangar in Istanbul, Turkey. The operator had reported a pressure relief valve (PRV) CAS message, so AMAC Aerospace’s team performed a detailed inspection and found that a faulty printed circuit board (PCB) was causing the issue. They replaced the part and performed an engine run-up to check valve operations.
At the beginning of December, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, completed maintenance on a Dassault Falcon 8X and 7X aircraft.
In late November, AMAC Aerospace Turkey performed several defect rectifications at the Istanbul hangar. A Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy of a long term customer came to replace the VDR module. While the aircraft was there, AMAC Aerospace’s team found that one of the tires on the main wheel assembly was worn down, so they replaced it with a spare.

A Dassault Falcon 2000 belonging to a long term customer arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s hangar in Istanbul for a 12-month and 400-flight-hour inspection, including several servicing and cleaning tasks.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s Istanbul team received a request from Dassault Falcon via the ASC network when a new customer’s Dassault Falcon 900EX EASy aircraft experienced an AOG situation in Erbil, Iraq. The starter generator did not engage during engine start, so AMAC Aerospace immediately sent the goTEAM to support the aircraft that same evening.

In late November, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed 2x Dassault Falcon 8Xs to the hangar in Istanbul for line maintenance. The electronic databases of the aircraft were updated to the latest cycles as necessary.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, has completed a 12-months and 800-flight hour inspection of a new customer’s Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft. In parallel, AMAC Aerospace’s experienced team removed the current engine of the aircraft, which was a leasing unit, and installed the original back.
In mid-December, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, efficiently completed a C check on a Boeing B737-800. The check included the removal and installation of the aft/forward wet area, galley and lavatory, as well as landing gear extension/retraction tests and more.
