AMAC Aerospace Turkey: First Year in 4-Years Maintenance Agreement Completed
AMAC Aerospace Bodrum, Turkey, is pleased to announce the completion of the final inspections for the winter season contract with a long-term customer. These inspections are part of a 4-year maintenance agreement in which 8x B737-800s were completed during the 2025–26 season.
The last completed projects include two 12-year inspections, one 10-year inspection and one tail skin damage repair involving several avionics tests and significant structural intervention.
The maintenance inspections included the removal and installation of various components, including dry and wet areas, cargo and flight compartments, galley, lavatory, seats and carpets.
In addition to the inspections, one aircraft received a landing gear replacement, one underwent a modification to the pre-recorded announcement machine (PRAM) and one received repairs for cracks in the vapor barrier attachment angle.
