AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Out of Phase Tasks Conducted on Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy

A long term customer’s Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s hangar in Istanbul, Turkey, by the end of December for line maintenance. AMAC Aerospace’s experienced team conducted an engine compressor desalination wash as per the requirements of the corrosion protection program. In accordance with the fuel system treatment program, the team also decontaminated the fuel tanks. Additionally, one of the fuel sensor probes experienced a level failure, so the team replaced it with a serviceable unit.

During the aircraft’s stay, overcurrent protection of the main batteries was performed. The microwave in the aircraft’s galley was not functioning properly, so the team replaced it with a fresh unit. Lastly, several databases were updated to the latest cycles and several systems were serviced as necessary.
