AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Out-Of-Phase Tasks Performed on 2x Dassault Falcon 2000
AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have redelivered 2x Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft after out-of-phase maintenance at the hangar in Istanbul at the beginning of September.
The first aircraft belongs to a long term customer and was prepared for storage. AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s team removed components from the aircraft and performed the necessary servicing and draining applications to meet storage requirements. Additionally, samples were taken from the hydraulic system to verify its condition.
The second aircraft, also owned by a long term customer, underwent restoration of the crew oxygen masks and checks of the auxiliary power unit (APU) starter brushes. The brushes were close to the limit, so the team replaced the starter generator with a serviceable unit on an AOG basis.
