Cabin Refurbishment and Maintenance Performed on ACJ319

AMAC Aerospace is proud to announce a successfully completed cabin refurbishment and maintenance project on an Airbus ACJ319 at the hangars in Basel, Switzerland.

The VIP cabin refurbishment was performed based on AMAC Aerospace’s design and according to the customer’s specific preferences. The scope of work included:

• Refurbished cabin, certified for public transportation
• New reinforced cockpit door
• Cockpit electronic flight bag (EFB) installation
• Future air navigation system (FANS) installation

During the same downtime period, a C check was performed on the aircraft, which included:

• Engines borescope inspection
• Engines mounts overhaul
• ACT (aircraft center tank) fuel tank overhaul and replacement of the inside bladders
• Underfloor aircraft inspection
• Corrosion repairs
• Equipment and component repairs and replacements
• Aircraft functional checks and return to service

Lastly, a registration change was conducted before releasing the aircraft.
