At the end of November, AMAC Aerospace’s Boeing team redelivered a Boeing B737 to a long term customer after successfully completing a C1 and C2 check, as well as interior modifications and refurbishment. The bulkhead was refurbished and the non-textile flooring (NTF) was replaced.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have completed maintenance, modifications and refurbishments on an Airbus A340. The head of state aircraft underwent a 4-year check at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland.
Following initial certification in 2019 and a successful renewal in 2022, AMAC Aerospace is pleased to announce that the Basel facility has once again been awarded the ISO 45001 certification without any findings.
At the end of September, JCB Aero completed maintenance of an Airbus A319 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent a 6- and 12-month inspection, as well as cabin refurbishment. The carpet was replaced and a divan was refurbished in collaboration with AMAC Aerospace Basel, Switzerland.

At the end of September, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum, redelivered a privately owned Boeing B737-700IGW after completed a 12-year inspection. For the check, the entire cabin had to be removed and reinstalled. The scope of work also included a full dry area inspection and necessary structural repairs.

AMAC Aerospace is an authorized aviation integrator of Starlink installations and the first MRO to deliver KU-band Plane Simple installations on Boeing Business Jet (BBJ).
JCB Aero opened its hangar doors to welcome an Airbus A319 in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent 6- and 36-month inspections, as well as out-of-phase tasks and minor modifications.
JCB Aero, already renowned for their specialization in VIP and Airline aircraft cabin completion and refurbishment, expanded its operations by launching their MRO activities in mid-October 2024. Additionally, the recent acquisition of the significant engineering company Kreative Engineering Services (KES) has enabled JCB Aero to offer a fully integrated portfolio of services.
In mid-July, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy to the hangar in Istanbul. The aircraft was scheduled for minor defect rectification tasks. However, due to its high flight hours, the aircraft’s B inspection had to be performed earlier than expected and was added to the list.
At the end of May, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, welcomed a Dassault Falcon F7X for maintenance. The aircraft underwent a 2-month inspection, fuel treatment, and window shade replacement.
AMAC Aerospace Switzerland’s is proud to announce that its newly upgraded design studio is now fully operational, with an expanded team and increased space.
AMAC Aerospace continues to experience strong demand for maintenance inputs for a variety of aircraft models. Over the past 12 months, AMAC Aerospace Switzerland has completed maintenance work on more than 50x wide-body aircraft, more than 120x narrow-body aircraft, and more than 250x mid-size jets.
