Busy Times at AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum

Milas-Bodrum Airport, 16.05.2025 – AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum has been busy over the last 12 months working on several projects. They have completed their first re-delivery project on a wide body aircraft for 2025: an Airbus A330. This project, which was carried out in collaboration with AMAC Aerospace Switzerland, was completed in four months and was one of five Airbus A330’s in an end-of-lease project. Another significant achievement of the past year was the management of redelivery checks on seven Airbus A320’s.

More than 30x projects were completed at AMAC Aerospace’s facility in Bodrum over the past year. Of these, more than 20x projects were narrow-body aircraft with a variety of B737CL’s, B737NG’s, A320’s, B737BBJ’s and A320ACJ’s; and more than 10x were wide-body aircraft with a variety of A330’s and B777’s. There has also been an increase in VIP projects due to closer collaboration with the sales team at AMAC Aerospace Basel.

Despite the strong demand for MRO, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Bodrum is proud to have delivered over 95% of the base maintenance checks on time, even considering additional findings.

The Istanbul facility, located at Atatürk International Airport, Turkey, provides MRO services on Pilatus PC-12, PC-24 and Dassault products. Equipped with all necessary tooling, this facility was created by AMAC Aerospace to service the Pilatus aircraft product on exclusive basis in the Middle East region and then was developed to cover the Dassault aircraft in the region.

The Bodrum facility, located at Bodrum-Milas Airport, Turkey, is the only MRO at this location. The hangar is strategically positioned directly next to the main taxiway and offers services for both line and base maintenance. Equipped with the latest and most technological hardware and construction, AMAC are the first to use a mixed business model for this hangar facility. During the winter months, the hangar carries out commercial line and base maintenance and during the summer months, the MRO flip over to VIP business maintenance.
