Successful First Year of Part 145 ‘Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul’ (MRO) operation at JCB Aero

Auch-Gers, 13.10.2025 JCB Aero proudly celebrates the first anniversary of its Part 145 approval for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operation. Since the new capability was launched, over 20 maintenance projects have been successfully completed by the company, while their established production of airline equipment has continued. With the Airbus A320 series approval already in hand, JCB Aero is looking forward to adding the Boeing B737 series approval by the end of the year.

During the first year of MRO operations, JCB Aero has completed a wide variety of projects, from cabin modifications to line and base maintenance tasks.

“The ramp up on the aircraft and cabin maintenance has been a huge success. Thanks to the shared experiences within the AMAC group, JCB Aero can deliver high end services, on time and quality expectations to the satisfaction of our customers. Some of them have already come back. The customers also enjoy the hospitality of Auch and for the moment, we still have some available slots.“ said Frédéric Dezauzier, Chief Operating Officer, JCB Aero.

These achievements represent an important milestone in JCB Aero’s strategic development and align with AMAC Aerospace Group of Companies vision to enhance collaboration and flexibility across its facilities. With new approvals and additional projects underway, JCB Aero is set for further growth in the airline and VIP sectors. Meanwhile, they remain busy with their high end cabin design and production, including first class cabins and customized helicopter interiors.
