The demand for MRO services at JCB Aero remains strong, as does collaboration within the AMAC Aerospace group, with many projects being carried out in partnership with our sister companies.
JCB Aero is experiencing high demand for MRO services and the first months of 2026 have started with all three slots in the hangar full. These projects have included maintenance, combined with modifications and refurbishments.
AMAC Aerospace are happy to report that the planned transition period in the operational leadership of JCB Aero SAS has now been completed. Mr. Sébastien Kubler has now assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at JCB Aero SAS.
In mid-November, JCB Aero completed maintenance on an Airbus A318. JCB Aero’s skilled technicians performed a 6-month inspection and due maintenance tasks of the aircraft.
In late October, a customer contacted JCB Aero for AOG support for their Airbus A320. JCB Aero accepted the request and welcomed the aircraft to their hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft had a tight flight schedule but JCB Aero succeeded to complete the maintenance input in only one day.
JCB Aero is pleased to have completed maintenance on an Airbus A320 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft came for an A check. During the inspection, corrosion was found and rectified by JCB Aero’s team. The cabin interior was cleaned and the paint and leather were touched up.
At the end of September, JCB Aero completed maintenance of an Airbus A319 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent a 6- and 12-month inspection, as well as cabin refurbishment. The carpet was replaced and a divan was refurbished in collaboration with AMAC Aerospace Basel, Switzerland.
JCB Aero is proud to announce a successful year so far of MRO activities combined with the traditional high end cabin design, engineering and production activities.
JCB Aero proudly celebrates the first anniversary of its Part 145 approval for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operation. Since the new capability was launched, over 20 maintenance projects have been successfully completed by the company, while their established production of airline equipment has continued.
AMAC Aerospace is proud to announce that we hold a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the installation of Halon-free fire extinguishers. This STC covers a multitude of aircraft types, ensuring customers can make a smooth and safe transition following the upcoming environmental regulations.
JCB Aero opened its hangar doors to welcome an Airbus A319 in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent 6- and 36-month inspections, as well as out-of-phase tasks and minor modifications.
JCB Aero, already renowned for their specialization in VIP and Airline aircraft cabin completion and refurbishment, expanded its operations by launching their MRO activities in mid-October 2024. Additionally, the recent acquisition of the significant engineering company Kreative Engineering Services (KES) has enabled JCB Aero to offer a fully integrated portfolio of services.
At the end of May, JCB Aero redelivered an Airbus A320 to a long term customer of the AMAC Aerospace Group.
