JYSK expands to Cyprus

For the financial year 2024/25, JYSK increased its turnover by 11.8 per cent to DKK 46.3 billion (EUR 6.2 billion). JYSK also welcomed a record 13.7 million new customers who chose to shop great offers within sleeping and living.
With the new global strategy, JYSK plans to invest DKK 2 billion in IT solutions and prioritise opening new stores in existing markets and large metropolitan cities with great Scandinavian offers for everyone within sleeping and living.
As part of strengthening JYSK’s IT development and investments, the business area IT becomes part of the JYSK Executive Management Team. Chief Information Officer Keld Marott is promoted to Executive Vice President of IT.
On Thursday, October 24th at 9:00 AM, JYSK made history in Hungary with the opening of store number 100. The opening was celebrated with speeches and festivities across the country, where JYSK has been operating since 2005.
On Friday 30 August 2024, President and CEO of JYSK, Rami Jensen, celebrates his 50th birthday. This year, he also celebrates 30 years since he started his career in JYSK as an apprentice in Esbjerg, Denmark.
