Yanmar Agri Co., Ltd. has developed deep-planting cultivation technology to improve sugarcane productivity while minimizing environmental impact. This technology was created in collaboration with the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS). Following successful research, Yanmar Agri is now launching full-scale sales of related products.
Yanmar R&D Europe recently participated in an event organized by the International Biochar Initiative (IBI), connecting with global leaders to discuss innovative biochar technologies. Tests are set to commence around November 2024 towards promoting early adoption of the system and realizing the benefits of decarbonization.
