Start of the cruise season in Visby

The cruise season has started on Gotland. On 1 April, we welcomed AIDAdiva from AIDA Cruises to the cruise quay in Visby.

As one of our long-standing cruise partners, AIDA Cruises brings a steady flow of visitors to the island each year – including around 2,500 predominantly German guests on this call. During their visit, guests explored Visby’s medieval city wall, cobblestone streets and Baltic Sea views, while operations ran smoothly behind the scenes.

The day also marked a milestone in Visby, as cruise passengers used the new 250-metre Kopparsviksbron for the first time as a pedestrian route between the quay and the city.
