Aroundtown completes expansion and prolongation of long-term lease with an international blue-chip firm for a 18k sqm office complex in Maastricht, The Netherlands

Aroundtown finalized a long-term lease with one of the leading international blue-chip automotive companies. In addition to renewing the existing lease for a long-term period, the tenant also took up additional areas within the office complex. This long-term prolongation and expansion has been the result of Aroundtown’s focus on maximizing tenant satisfaction and efficient asset management.

The property is located in Maastricht, one of the Netherland’s oldest cities. The complex consists of 5 office buildings, totaling 18k sqm. Accessibility by car and public transportation is great. The A2 highway which is the main highway connecting the south of the Netherlands with Amsterdam, can be reached within 5 min. The closest bus station is walking distance from the property on Gelissendomein 5, 6229 GK Maastricht and Maastricht’s exposition and congress center as well as Maastricht University are around the corner.
