Gastronomie-, Büro- und Lagerfläche im Alex One in Berlin-Mitte für 10 Jahre neu vermietet

Aroundtown hat im Objekt Alex One in der Alexanderstraße 1, 3, 5 in Berlin eine langfristige Neuvermietung erzielt. Die Restaurantkette Asia Delight hat einen neuen Mietvertrag über 10 Jahre abgeschlossen und wird am Alexanderplatz das Restaurant Dao als „All you can eat“-Restaurant eröffnen. Vermietet wurden insgesamt knapp 1.300 m² Gastronomie-, Büro- und Lagerfläche.

Das Alex One befindet sich in sehr zentraler Citylage direkt am Alexanderplatz, einer der prominentesten Adressen Berlins. Im Bahnhof Alexanderplatz halten neben der S-Bahn die Regionalzüge von DB Regio und ODEG sowie am Wochenende der Harz-Berlin-Express (HBX). Darüber hinaus verkehren dort die U-Bahn-Linien U2, U5 und U8 sowie mehrere Straßenbahn- und Omnibus-Linien. Als zentral gelegener Umsteigebahnhof nimmt der Standort eine bedeutende Stellung im Berliner Nahverkehr ein und ist entsprechend stark ausgelastet. Restaurant, office and storage space at Alex One in Berlin-Mitte newly leased for 10 years

Aroundtown has secured a long-term new lease at its Alex One property, located at Alexanderstraße 1, 3, 5 in Berlin. The restaurant chain Asia Delight has signed a new 10-year lease and will open Dao, an all-you-can-eat restaurant, at Alexanderplatz. In total, nearly 1,300 sqm of restaurant, office and storage space has been let.

Alex One is situated in a prime central location directly at Alexanderplatz, one of Berlin’s most prominent addresses. In addition to the S-Bahn, Alexanderplatz station is served by regional trains operated by DB Regio and ODEG, as well as the Harz-Berlin-Express (HBX) on weekends. The U2, U5 and U8 underground lines also run through the station, alongside multiple tram and bus routes. As a centrally located transport hub, the site plays a key role in Berlin’s public transport network and experiences correspondingly high passenger volumes. Alexanderplatz is also exceptionally well connected to the city’s road network, with several major arterial roads leading to the outskirts of Berlin, including federal highways B1, B2 and B5.

The surrounding area is characterised by high footfall, strong tourism and the presence of major employers and well-known landmarks.
