Aroundtown hat eine Hotelimmobilie in erstklassiger Innenstadtlage am Berliner Alexanderplatz neu vermietet. Beds & Bars, ein etablierter internationaler Betreiber im europäischen Hostel- und Budget-Hotel-Segment, betreibt seit Juli 2026 das Hotel am Alexanderplatz mit 61 Zimmern. Die langfristige Vermietung über 20 Jahre unterstreicht die Attraktivität des Standorts im Zentrum der Hauptstadt sowie die Nachfrage nach gut angebundenen Hotelkonzepten im Budget- und Lifestyle-Segment.

20-Year Lease Agreement: Beds & Bars Takes Over Operation of Aroundtown Hotel Property at Alexanderplatz in Berlin

International hospitality group operates the hotel Alexanderplatz under the St Christopher’s Inn brand

Aroundtown has newly let a hotel property in a prime city-centre location at Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. Beds & Bars, an established international operator in the European hostel and budget hotel segment, has been operating the 61-room hotel at Alexanderplatz since July 2026. The long-term 20-year lease underlines the appeal of the location in the heart of the German capital as well as the demand for well-connected hotel concepts in the budget and lifestyle segment.

Beds & Bars operates locations in several European metropolises and has longstanding experience in the international backpacker and budget hospitality market. With the new location at Alexanderplatz in Berlin, the operator is strengthening its presence in one of Europe’s most important city destinations.

The property benefits in particular from its central location in Berlin and excellent connections to local and long-distance public transport. Berlin Central Station can be reached within a few minutes, while numerous tourist and cultural attractions are located nearby. These include the TV Tower, Berlin Cathedral and other central landmarks, restaurants and nightlife areas.
