AROUNDTOWN achieves full occupancy at Berliner Platz in Essen city center

Aroundtown has successfully let the last vacant office space (approx. 1,250 m²) in the "Weststadt Towers" on Berliner Platz in Essen's city center. Aroundtown, Europe's third-largest real estate company, has thus achieved long-term full occupancy in the landmark property with a high profile directly adjacent to the lively Limbecker Strasse pedestrian zone and not far from Essen's main railway station. Aroundtown focuses on sustainable investments and concentrates on high-quality properties with value appreciation potential in central and attractive locations in Europe.

The Weststadt Towers at Berliner Platz 6-8 in 45127 Essen is a three-part office complex with around 12,300 m² of office space spread over 16 floors. The high-rise building at the established office location is characterized by its central location, only 3 minutes from Essen's main railway station and the A40 freeway, approx. 5 minutes to the university campus and approx. 20 minutes by car to Düsseldorf international airport.
