Aroundtown vermietet weitere ca. 12.000 m² für 20 Jahre an den Bestandsmieter Interxion Deutschland GmbH im Objekt In der Steele 27-43 in Düsseldorf. Interxion wird die zusätzlichen Flächen für die Erweiterung ihrer Rechenzentren nutzen. Mit der langfristigen Vermietung erreicht Aroundtown in dem Objekt nahezu die Vollvermietung. 

Das besteht aus mehreren Gebäudeteilen mit etwas über 38.000 m² an Büro-, und Lagerflächen. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt am Autobahnkreuz Düsseldorf-Süd mit Anschlüssen an die A46 und die A59. Interxion will use the additional space for the expansion of its data centers. With the long-term lease, Aroundtown has achieved almost full occupancy in the property.

It is conveniently located directly at the Düsseldorf-Süd freeway intersection with connections to the A46 and A59. The S-Bahn station Düsseldorf-Reisholz is 1km away.
