Aroundtown vermietet in Düsseldorf ca. 12.000 m² an die Interxion Deutschland GmbH
Aroundtown vermietet weitere ca. 12.000 m² für 20 Jahre an den Bestandsmieter Interxion Deutschland GmbH im Objekt In der Steele 27-43 in Düsseldorf. Interxion wird die zusätzlichen Flächen für die Erweiterung ihrer Rechenzentren nutzen. Mit der langfristigen Vermietung erreicht Aroundtown in dem Objekt nahezu die Vollvermietung.
Das besteht aus mehreren Gebäudeteilen mit etwas über 38.000 m² an Büro-, und Lagerflächen. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt am Autobahnkreuz Düsseldorf-Süd mit Anschlüssen an die A46 und die A59. Der S-Bahnhof Düsseldorf-Reisholz liegt 1 km entfernt. Mit der S6 erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten. Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Zum Objekt gehört ein Parkhaus mit ca. 400 Parkplätzen.

Aroundtown leases approx. 12,000 sqm in Düsseldorf to Interxion Deutschland GmbH
Aroundtown is leasing a further approx. 12,000 m² for 20 years to existing tenant Interxion Deutschland GmbH in the property In der Steele 27-43 in Düsseldorf. Interxion will use the additional space for the expansion of its data centers. With the long-term lease, Aroundtown has achieved almost full occupancy in the property.
The property, In der Steele 27-43 in 40599 Düsseldorf, consists of several building sections with just over 38,000 m² of office and storage space. It is conveniently located directly at the Düsseldorf-Süd freeway intersection with connections to the A46 and A59. The S-Bahn station Düsseldorf-Reisholz is 1km away. With the S6 you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building. A parking garage with approx. 400 parking spaces belongs to the property.
