Aroundtown concludes lease for 3,000 sqm

Aroundtown's experts have successfully concluded a new long-term lease for 10 years to a municipality. The tenant is moving into 3,000 sqm of office space in the Südring-Center at Südring 4-6/Neue Bahnhofstrasse 1-3 in Hamm for at least 10 years.

The tenants in the property are benefitting from Aroundtown's expertise and comprehensive tenant services. All commercial tenants have personal contact persons on site as well as a central 24/7 service center.

The office property was designed by a renowned Düsseldorf architect and is located in the center of Hamm, a short walk from Hamm’s main train station. Thus, there is a very good connection to the regional and long-distance traffic. Via the B63 one can also reach the A2 freeway within a short time.
