Aroundtown has successfully completed the fastest new lease of the year: Within an exceptionally short period from the initial inquiry to the signing of the contract, a law firm was secured as a new long-term tenant.

“Only 14 days passed between the initial inquiry and the signing of the contract. This particularly demonstrates the expertise of our Letting Manager Ramona Loewenhofer, as well as the strong performance of our entire legal team and the seamless cooperation between all parties and processes,” says Frederic Spratte, Head of Letting at Aroundtown. This efficiency was made possible through modern organizational structures and digital lease agreements via SCRIVE, a software solution that replaces traditional paper contracts with electronic documents.

The property is located in Cologne, in the Rodenkirchen Rheinbogen area. It is bordered by the A4 motorway to the north and by Industrie- and Sürther Straße as well as the adjacent Rhine River to the south.
