Aroundtown baut das nachhaltige Portfolio kontinuierlich aus. Auch ein Bürogebäude in Bonn hat nun das Green Building Zertifikat von BREEAM erhalten und erweitert damit den grünen Gebäudebestand.
Die 30.000 m² große Büroimmobilie befindet sich sehr gut im Stadtteil Endenich, in unmittelbarer Nähe der A565 und rund 2 km vom Stadtzentrum und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Flughafen Köln-Bonn ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Grundstück befindet sich Am Propsthof 72-80 / Siemensstr. 1-13.

Office building in Bonn now green certified with BREEAM
Aroundtown continues to expand green portfolio
Aroundtown is continuously expanding its green portfolio. An office building in Bonn has now also received BREEAM green building certification, expanding the green building portfolio further.
The 30,000 sqm office property is very well located in the Endenich district, close to the A565 and around 2 km from the city center and the main train station. Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached within 20 minutes. The property is located at Am Propsthof 72-80 / Siemensstr. 1-13.
By certifying properties with BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), Aroundtown underlines its commitment to a sustainable and environmentally friendly portfolio. BREEAM is considered one of the world's leading green building certification systems and assesses the environmental footprint and sustainability of properties. Aroundtown has successfully achieved green building certificates for its German office portfolio as well.
