Die Commercial Asset Management Expert:innen von Aroundtown verzeichnen eine weitere erfolgreiche Verlängerung: Der renommierte Internetdienstleister VR-NetWorld verlängert den Mietvertrag langfristig auf einer Bürofläche von rund 2.000 m².

Damit ist der zentrale Internetdienstleister der Finanzgruppe Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken auch weiterhin Mieter in der Graurheindorferstraße in Bonn. Das Team von Aroundtown betreut das Büroobjekt, das zum Portfolio der TLG Immobilien AG gehört, einer Tochtergesellschaft von Aroundtown.

Das Bürogebäude im Bonner Norden ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Die Autobahn ist wenige Fahrminuten entfernt, der Flughafen Köln-Bonn in knapp 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der ÖPNV mit Bus und Straßenbahn befindet sich fußläufig in nächster Nähe und das Stadtzentrum ist so in zehn Minuten erreichbar.

Long-term leasing success in Bonn: existing tenant extends contract for office space

Aroundtown's commercial asset management achieved another successful lease extension: The renowned internet service provider VR-NetWorld has extended its lease on an office space of around 2,000 m² for the long-term.

This means that the central internet service provider of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken financial group will continue to be a tenant in Graurheindorferstrasse in Bonn. Aroundtown's team manages the office property, which is part of the portfolio of TLG Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown.

The office building in the north of Bonn is very well located in terms of transport. The highway is just a few minutes' drive away, and Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in just under 20 minutes. The public transport system with bus and metro is within walking distance so the city center can be reached in ten minutes.
