Aroundtown has realised a new long-term lease in the Leidseveer office building in Utrecht, part of the MMNT Utrecht Leidseveer B.V. project. The flexible office space provider Synderella leases 1,500 sqm of office space for a term of 10 years.
The Leidseveer building is in a prominent location in the centre of Utrecht, with excellent accessibility and close proximity to public transport and urban amenities.
