Der Mietvertrag für die Bürofläche in der Gutenbergstraße 25 in Garching wurde langfristig verlängert. Die vermietete Fläche umfasst insgesamt etwa 5.000 m². Mit dieser Vertragsverlängerung bleibt die Immobilie langfristig vollständig vermietet.

The lease for the office space at Gutenbergstraße 25 in Garching has been extended for the long term. The leased area comprises a total of around 5,000 m². With this contract renewal, the property remains fully leased on a long-term basis.

The property at Gutenbergstraße 25 is located in Garching, an established technology and research hub in close proximity to the Technical University of Munich (TUM). This location makes it particularly attractive for companies in the automotive and high-tech industries.
