Aroundtown verlängert Mietvertrag über 28.000 m² mit bundeseigener Gesellschaft für weitere 10 Jahre in Bonner Innenstadt
Aroundtown verlängert erfolgreich "Am Propsthof" in der Bonner Innenstadt den Mietvertrag mit einer bundeseigenen Gesellschaft über 28.000 m² vorfristig für weitere 10 Jahre. Das Objekt ist damit langfristig vollständig an einen starken Mieter vermietet. Diese Vermietung zeigt erneut die Asset Management-Qualitäten der Aroundtown, Mieter langfristig zu binden.
Der Bürocampus "Am Propsthof" in Bonn ist ein attraktiver Bürostandort nur 2km westlich vom Stadtzentrum und dem Hauptbahnhof Bonn entfernt. Er verfügt über eine exzellente Anbindung mit der Autobahn A565 sowie dem direkten Anschluss an den ÖPNV (Buslinie 631 und Bahnlinie 16). Auf dem Areal befinden sich sieben Teilgebäude mit modern ausgestatteten Büroflächen.

Aroundtown prolongs lease of 28k sqm office property with federal municipality for another 10 years in Bonn city center
Aroundtown successfully prolonged the lease agreement with a federal municipality for 28k sqm at "Am Propsthof" in the city center of Bonn ahead of schedule for a further 10 years. The property is thus fully let for a long term to a strong tenant. This letting once again demonstrates Aroundtown's asset management qualities in retaining strong tenants for the long term.
The "Am Propsthof" office campus in Bonn is an attractive office location just 2km west of the city center and Bonn's main central train station. It has excellent access to the A565 freeway and direct public transport connections (bus line 631 and train line 16). There are seven single buildings with modern equipped office space on the site.
