Vollvermietungs-Erfolg im Büroobjekt Vektor Bonn: Nach der Anmietung durch die BImA mietet die Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität knapp 12.000 m² Bürofläche
Nach der ersten Vermietung mit ca. 6.500 m² an die Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) Anfang des Jahres, wurde im „Vektor Bonn“ nun mit weiteren 11.800 m² Büroflächen die Vollvermietung des Objekts erreicht. Neuer Mieter im „Vektor Bonn“, gelegen Am Propsthof 49, ist die Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität.
Damit hat das Expertenteam in nur kurzer Zeit erfolgreich zwei langfristige Mietverträge mit namhaften Mietern geschlossen und die Neupositionierung der Immobilie als „Vektor Bonn“ von einer Single-Tenant- hin zu einer Multi-Tenant-Immobilie vollzogen. Die neue strategische Ausrichtung wird durch architektonische und bauliche Maßnahmen flankiert: Ein neuer Haupteingang wird geschaffen und der vormals geschlossene Innenhof wird neu und offen gestaltet. Dadurch entsteht ein öffentlich zugänglicher Treffpunkt für alle Nutzer:innen und die Aufenthaltsqualität wird gesteigert.
Die Büroimmobilie „Vektor Bonn“ bietet modern ausgestattete sowie individuell gestaltbare Flächen. Gemeinsam mit der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität wurde ein genau auf die Anforderungen abgestimmtes Raumkonzept entworfen. Es werden neben klassischen Büroarbeitsplätzen auch Laborflächen sowie Räume für weitere Forschungszwecke in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen hergerichtet. Das „Vektor Bonn“ gehört zum Portfolio der TLG Immobilien AG, einer Tochtergesellschaft der Aroundtown.
Der Bürokomplex befindet sich in der Bonner Weststadt und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Der Standort Am Propsthof 49 in 53121 Bonn liegt im Bonner Zentrum, der Flughafen Köln-Bonn ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar, das nächste Autobahnkreuz Bonn-Nord ist wenige Fahrminuten entfernt und die ÖPNV-Verbindung zum Bahnhof Bonn Endenich Nord liegt fußläufig.

Full occupancy in the Vektor Bonn office property: After signing a lease with BImA, the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität rents almost 12,000 sqm of office space
After the first lease of approx. 6,500 sqm to the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) at the beginning of the year, full occupancy has now been achieved in “Vektor Bonn” with a further lease for 11,800 sqm of office space. The new tenant in “Vektor Bonn”, located at Am Propsthof 49, is the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität.
Thus, our team of experts successfully concluded two long-term leases with well-known tenants in only a short period of time and completed the repositioning of the property as "Vektor Bonn" from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant property. The new strategic orientation is flanked by architectural and structural measures: A new main entrance will be created and the formerly closed inner courtyard will be redesigned to be open. This will create a publicly accessible meeting place for all users and increase the quality of stay.
The office property "Vektor Bonn" offers modern equipped as well as individually designable spaces. Together with the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität, a space concept was designed that is precisely tailored to the requirements. In addition to classic office workplaces, laboratory space and rooms for further research purposes in a wide variety of areas are being prepared. The “Vektor Bonn" is part of the portfolio of TLG Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown.
The office complex is located in Bonn's Weststadt district and is very well situated in terms of transport links.
