Aroundtown verlängert Vertrag für 6.400 qm mit Ankermieter Kaufland im Fachmarktzentrum Schönebeck (Elbe)
Nachhaltige Revitalisierungsmaßnahmen am Standort Calbesche Straße geplant
Aroundtown baut die Zusammenarbeit mit Ankermieter Kaufland, einem namhaften Einzelhändler, am Standort Calbesche Straße 31 in 39218 Schönebeck (Elbe), langfristig aus. Die von Kaufland genutzte Fläche umfasst knapp 6.400 qm.
Mit der Vertragsverlängerung des Ankermieters geht die Revitalisierung des Standorts einher. Geplant ist unter anderem die Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage und von Elektroladesäulen. Der Standort wird damit sowohl ökologisch als auch wirtschaftlich zukunftssicher aufgestellt. Über die Bundesautobahn A14 ist das Fachmarktzentrum zudem hervorragend angebunden und es verfügt darüber hinaus über einen großen Kundenparkplatz.
„Die langfristige Perspektive am Standort schafft Planungssicherheit und ermöglicht uns weitere Investitionen in eine attraktive sowie nachhaltige und energieeffiziente Filiale. Aroundtown prolongs lease for 6,400 sqm with anchor tenant Kaufland in the Schönebeck (Elbe) retail park
Sustainable revitalisation measures planned at the Calbesche Straße location
Aroundtown is further expanding its long-term collaboration with anchor tenant Kaufland, a well-known retailer at the property located at Calbesche Straße 31 in 39218 Schönebeck (Elbe). The space used by Kaufland comprises nearly 6,400 sqm.
The extension of the anchor tenant’s lease goes hand in hand with the revitalization of the property. Plans include, among other measures, the installation of a photovoltaic system and electric vehicle charging stations. This will position the site for the future, both ecologically and economically. The retail park also benefits from excellent transport connections via the A14 federal motorway and offers ample customer parking.
“The long-term perspective at this location provides planning security and enables us to make further investments in an attractive, sustainable, and energy-efficient store. This ensures that we will continue to provide reliable local supply for our customers in the future,” says Daniela Rauschenbach, Senior Project Manager Real Estate Portfolio Development at Kaufland.
