Aroundtown hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit alle verfügbaren Flächen in der Martin-Luther-Straße 79 in Ludwigsburg erfolgreich neu vermietet. Die vermieteten Flächen waren zuvor vom Hauptmieter im Rahmen einer Vertragsverlängerung zurückgegeben worden. Das Vermietungsteam von Aroundtown fand innerhalb kurzer Zeit drei neue Mieter, die alle freien Flächen übernahmen. Es handelt sich um etablierte Mieter aus den Bereichen Bildung und Coaching, darunter auch eine Arztpraxis und die Medischulen Süd gGmbH. Aroundtown achieves full occupancy in Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart: new leases signed for a total of close to 2,000 sqm: Aroundtown secured new long-term tenants in office property at Ludwigsburg main station, providing fast connection to Stuttgart city center

Aroundtown has successfully re-let all available space at Martin-Luther-Straße 79 in Ludwigsburg within a short period of time. The leased space had previously been returned by the main tenant as part of a contract extension. Aroundtown’s letting team found three new tenants taking all vacant spaces after a short period of time. These are established tenants from the education and coaching sectors, including a doctor's office and Medischulen Süd gGmbH. The building will thus become a location for medical care and educational services in the future, contributing to a diverse mix of industries in Ludwigsburg's city centre.

The property impresses with its central location and excellent accessibility – both via the nearby main train station and through its direct connection to Stuttgart’s city centre which can be reached within 15 minutes.
