AtechX-Startup Bellboy Robotics setzt erfolgreiche Entwicklung mit Physical AI auf der NVIDIA GTC Berlin fort

Bellboy Robotics, ein Startup der ersten Kohorte von Aroundtown’s Scale-up Programm AtechX, entwickelt seinen Ansatz, Physical AI im operativen Umfeld einzusetzen, konsequent weiter. Ein aktueller Meilenstein dieser Entwicklung ist die Präsentation des Live Learning Lab auf der NVIDIA GTC Berlin, in dem KI-Modelle unter realen Bedingungen getestet, bewertet und weiterentwickelt werden können. Damit steht Bellboy Robotics beispielhaft für den langfristigen Ansatz von AtechX, junge Technologieunternehmen bei der Weiterentwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen für konkrete Herausforderungen der Immobilienbranche zu unterstützen.

Mit dem Live Learning Lab schafft Bellboy eine Umgebung, in der KI-Modelle nicht ausschließlich in Simulationen, sondern im laufenden Gebäudebetrieb erprobt werden können. Anwendungen können im Immobilien- und Hospitalitybereich unter anderem operative Abläufe unterstützen und dazu beitragen, den Einsatz robotischer Systeme unter realen Bedingungen weiterzuentwickeln. Bellboys Flotte hat mit 22 Robotern im Einsatz bereits mehr als 10.000 Betriebsstunden absolviert und 24.000 Zimmerinspektionen in sieben Hotels unter anderem der Marken Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG und OYO durchgeführt, darunter mehrere aus dem Portfolio von Aroundtown.

AtechX start-up Bellboy Robotics continues successful development of Physical AI at NVIDIA GTC Berlin

Bellboy Robotics, a startup from the first cohort of Aroundtown’s AtechX scale-up program, is continuing to advance its approach to deploying Physical AI in operational environments. A recent milestone in this development is the presentation of its Live Learning Lab at NVIDIA GTC Berlin, where AI models can be tested, evaluated and further developed under real-world conditions. Bellboy Robotics exemplifies AtechX’s long-term approach of supporting emerging technology companies as they develop practical solutions to specific challenges facing the real estate industry.

With its Live Learning Lab, Bellboy is creating an environment in which AI models can be tested not only in simulations, but also during live building operations. In the real estate and hospitality sectors, these applications can, among other things, support operational processes and help further develop the use of robotic systems under real-world conditions. Bellboy’s fleet of 22 robots has already completed more than 10,000 operating hours and carried out 24,000 room inspections across seven hotels, including properties operated under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and OYO brands, several of which are part of Aroundtown’s portfolio.

Bellboy Robotics develops infrastructure for Physical AI in operational work environments. The company combines robotics, software and data collection to enable AI models to be trained and evaluated using real-world tasks. Bellboy uses a range of NVIDIA technologies in its systems.
