Aroundtown Foundation provides financial support to the JINC organization in the Netherlands
The Aroundtown Foundation is providing financial support to the JINC organization for the implementation of the pilot project "Job application training for MBO (secondary vocational education) students". JINC is striving for more equal opportunities in education for children and young people. Young people gain insights into various professions and can discover which occupation suits their skills, while also learning how to apply for a job. Organizing projects such as job application trainings help young people to develop their inner motivation, social and cultural capital, and skills for work.
The Aroundtown Foundation's support will enable JINC to restructure and expand job application training as a pilot project for MBO graduates. It will cover the cost of setting up the trainings and the required teaching materials. Successful MBO completion enables the youth to enter the workforce and gives them the opportunity for long-term employment and financial security. Aroundtown Foundation geeft financiële steun aan de JINC organisatie in Nederland
De Aroundtown Foundation geeft financiële steun aan de organisatie JINC voor de uitvoering van het pilotproject "Sollicitatietraining voor MBO-studenten". JINC streeft naar meer gelijke kansen in het onderwijs voor kinderen en jongeren. Bij JINC krijgen jongeren inzicht in verschillende beroepen en kunnen ze ontdekken welk beroep bij hun vaardigheden past, terwijl ze ook leren solliciteren naar een bijbehorende baan.
Dankzij de steun van de Aroundtown Foundation kan JINC de sollicitatietraining herstructureren en uitbreiden als proefproject voor mbo'ers. De Aroundtown Foundation dekt de kosten voor het opzetten van de trainingen en het benodigde lesmateriaal. Een succesvolle afronding van het MBO stelt de jongeren in staat de arbeidsmarkt te betreden en geeft hen de kans op langdurig werk en financiële zekerheid. Over de Stichting Aroundtown
Stichting Aroundtown is opgericht in 2018. De stichting neemt haar maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid en ondersteunt gericht en pragmatisch projecten en instellingen in de wijk rondom de portefeuille.
