Aroundtown signs long-term lease for 2,400 sqm
State of Brandenburg moves into new office space in Cottbus
With the conclusion of a contract with the State of Brandenburg, Aroundtown's real estate experts have achieved a successful new lease in Cottbus. The state of Brandenburg is leasing around 2,400 sqm at Heinrich-Hertz-Strasse 6 in Cottbus for at least 10 years. This means that all office units in the property are fully leased.
With the Brandenburg State Office for Real Estate and Construction (BLB), a reliable tenant has been found that can meet its specific space requirements at Aroundtown. The tenant will benefit from Aroundtown's expertise in all areas of real estate value creation and its high level of competence in meeting the development requirements of the office space. In addition, the commercial tenant has access to a comprehensive tenant service with on-site contacts and its own certified 24/7 service center.
The modern and spacious office building with a large number of on-site parking spaces is located in the north of Cottbus near the university campus and the technology park. It is less than a 15-minute drive to Cottbus' main train station and a 10-minute drive to the city center.
