The Faber-Castell Supervisory Board appoints Countess Sarah von Faber-Castell and farewells Mary von Faber-Castell, Hanspeter Muerle succeeded Gerhard Bruckmeier.
Faber-Castell AG has appointed Dirk Engehausen as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Engehausen succeeds Gerhard Berssenbrügge, who stepped down from the board for regulatory reasons at the end of 2023.
In accordance with the company’s internal regulations regarding age, Gerhard Berssenbrügge will step down as Chairman of the Faber-Castell AG Supervisory Board at the end of 2023. He will be succeeded by the former CEO of the Schleich Group, Dirk Engehausen, as a new supervisory board member.
The Supervisory Board of Faber-Castell AG has appointed Mr Simon Hauser (43) as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer. Mr Hauser will join the company on 1 September, taking over from Dr Hans-Kurt von Werder (56), whose Executive Board mandate will expire at the end of September 2021.
Countess Mary von Faber-Castell leaves the Board to join the Supervisory Board. Supervisory Board members Dr Hans-Peter Binder and Professor Mark K. Binz depart. Gerhard Bruckmeier appointed to the Supervisory Board.
