Haglöfs launches new line of lightweight, high-performance footwear built for every adventure
The new L.I.M Horizon Collection is engineered for comfort and freedom on almost any terrain.
This season, Haglöfs introduces the L.I.M Horizon Collection for explorers seeking lightweight performance without compromise. It comes equipped for a wide range of activities, terrains, and weather conditions, featuring the latest technologies from Vibram and GORE-TEX. True to the L.I.M Series’ “less is more” design philosophy, designing the L.I.M Horizon Collection involved a process of scaling down and stripping away to create footwear that is thinner, lighter, and free of anything that isn’t absolutely necessary for performance.
“Our L.I.M design process leads to a clean and minimalist aesthetic that stands apart in a world obsessed with excess, but what truly brings these products to life is the rigorous user testing we do in real environments with our ambassadors and athletes connected to our brand,” says Niklas Karlsson, Haglöfs’ Senior Product Manager of Footwear and Hardware. “There’s nothing more exciting than hearing about the adventures our products have endured and receiving hands-on feedback about actual needs and challenges—that’s when design transcends concept and becomes something genuinely meaningful for the people who depend on our gear.

Instead of encouraging explorers to gear up, the L.I.M Horizon Collection encourages explorers to manage with less—with a series of four lightweight models prepared for a wide range of activities.
L.I.M Horizon Hike GTX Mid
For rainy-day hiking adventures on and off the trail
L.I.M Horizon Hike GTX Mid are light, waterproof shoes for fast-paced adventures on and off the hiking trail. A combination of ripstop fabric, GORE-TEX ePE laminate, and abrasion-resistant TPU film overlays keep your feet dry and comfortable without weighing you down. Vibram Traction Lug soles supply the enhanced traction* needed for tackling wet and variable terrain.

L.I.M Horizon GTX Low are light waterproof shoes for fast-paced activities on or off the beaten trail. They have GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membranes for breathable comfort even in the wettest conditions, and responsive Vibram Zermatt trail soles with superb traction.*

L.I.M Horizon Hike Light Mid

L.I.M Horizon Hike Light Mid are light and ultra-breathable mid-cut shoes for hiking in warm and dry conditions. Equipped for comfort and stability, they have thin and fast-drying mesh uppers, foam-padded and perforated tongues, and Vibram Traction Lug soles with enhanced traction.*

L.I.M Horizon Low

L.I.M Horizon Low are super light and breathable shoes for fast-paced hiking and everyday adventures.They have soft but durable ripstop uppers with abrasion-resistant reinforcements, and responsive Vibram Zermatt trail soles with superb traction.*
