HAGLÖFS’ L.I.M TOURING COLLECTION
For FW18, Haglöfs is bringing its popular L.I.M concept into the snow segment – by launching the L.I.M Touring collection. The collection is built with the L.I.M philosophy – Less Is More – at its heart. And it provides the perfect lightweight product range, helping you to tackle the sweatiest ascents and speediest descents.
The features in the L.I.M Touring collection have been stripped back to the essentials for ski touring, offering lightweight performance as well as superior protection against wind and water. As a result, every component of these items is absolutely necessary – all excess bulk and weight has been trimmed away. The collection includes shell jacket and pants, insulation and mid layers. The standout items in the line are the L.I.M Touring PROOF™ Jacket and Pants for men and women.

We wanted to challenge ourselves to create the best possible garments for this activity – garments that offer maximum functionality and the flexibility to be your number one companion while climbing uphill and skiing downhill”, says Robert Olsson, Senior Clothing Designer at Haglöfs.
The L.I.M Touring PROOF™ Jacket and Pants are made using Haglöfs’ own high-performance and durable PROOF™ 3,5-layer fabrics – thicker and tougher for strenuous activity, but also waterproof, windproof, breathable and completely fluorocarbon-free. The jacket is designed with a three-way adjustable hood and the pants have side ventilation zippers and an internal snow gaiter with a silicon grip to keep the elements at bay.
The L.I.M Touring collection also includes the L.I.M Touring Hood and L.I.M Mid Roundneck. The L.I.M Touring Hood is a comfortable, warm and light mid layer with a ceramic print that gives it an extra durable and wind-resistant front, while the back remains breathable. The L.I.M Touring Hood offers an optimal mix of wind resistance, thermal qualities and breathability – making it perfect for this kind of activity. And the L.I.M Mid Roundneck is Haglöfs’ most lightweight mid layer. It’s made without shoulder seems in a stretchy, soft fabric to allow maximum mobility, offering great next-to-skin comfort and warmth and making it an ideal mid layer or even an ideal base layer.
The L.I.M Touring collection is completed by the L.I.M Barrier Jacket Men, L.I.M Barrier Skirt Women and L.I.M Barrier Shorts Men – extremely lightweight and packable insulation items. These items are insulated with QuadFusion+™ – an effective insulation material with a great warmth-to weight ratio. The QuadFusion+™ keeps the wearer warm, even if the garment gets damp, and lets it dry fast. The skirt and shorts are designed with full-side zippers, making it easy to get them on and off. The L.I.M Barrier Jacket Men, L.I.M Barrier Skirt Women and L.I.M Barrier Shorts Men provide extra warmth without slowing you down or interfering with your activity.
