Press release -

Atle Lie McGrath podiums into the Christmas break

Atle Lie McGrath stays focused on success in Alta Badia. The Norwegian athlete finishes in third place in the Slalom on Monday, the last race before Christmas, securing his fourth podium of the season.

"It's really great to see Atle Lie McGrath podium on different slopes and in varying snow and weather conditions. This shows that he is in great shape and that we have made the right decisions with the equipment," says HEAD Racing Director Rainer Salzgeber. "If, before the season started, we had been offered three podiums in the Slalom up to Alta Badia, we would have taken the offer without thinking. Seven HEAD World Cup Rebels qualified for the second run in these difficult conditions. This shows that we are skiing very well."
