A day earlier, Ryan Cochran-Siegle notched up his fourth World Cup podium in the first Downhill event of the season by finishing in second place.

    Emma Aicher joins the list of winners, also in the Super-G. The 21-year-old German athlete races to victory in the Super-G in La Thuile on Thursday to follow up her debut World Cup win in the Downhill in Kvitfjell at the beginning of March. Atle Lie McGrath finishes second at his home Slalom in Hafjell on Sunday, his sixth podium of the season.
