At HEAD, we’re proud to introduce TWO-FACED – a groundbreaking film by David Meier that redefines what’s possible in mountain sports. In this project, David took on an extraordinary challenge: combining skiing and biking in the heart of the Arlberg’s snow-covered peaks.

What began as a vision to merge two worlds evolved into a daring adventure – creativity on skis seamlessly shifting to a custom-built bike designed to float and carve through deep snow.

Filmed entirely on snow, every scene captures the raw beauty of the Austrian Alps – from jumps over a T-bar lift to untouched backcountry lines. The result is a visual journey through endless white slopes, crisp mountain air, and the feeling of pure freedom.

But TWO-FACED goes beyond innovation and world-first stunts – including a breathtaking hot-air-balloon sequence and the first-ever backcountry bike ride on snow. It also reflects the spirit of mountain life: early-morning lifts, calm moments before a storm, cozy mountain restaurants, and that shared excitement that unites everyone who loves winter.

For David, the partnership with HEAD was essential in bringing this vision to life. Our high-performance ski gear delivered the precision and reliability he needed to push boundaries in extreme conditions. We also supported the team with custom equipment, including a specialized snowboard setup that made the backcountry biking sequence possible. HEAD’s dedication to innovation and progression perfectly matched the creative spirit of TWO-FACED.

This project stands as a tribute to creativity, performance, and the mountains themselves – values that lie at the heart of HEAD’s DNA. We’re proud of David and his work, and one thing is certain: his journey doesn’t end here. There’s much more to come.
