Hedin Automotive expands to a leading BMW and MINI dealer position in Switzerland

Hedin Automotive AG has today completed the acquisition of all shares in Alpina Group that was announced on September 14, 2022.

Alpina Group is the largest BMW and MINI dealership group in the eastern part of Switzerland with three full-service dealerships employing some 140 employees in total. The company’s turnover in 2021 was approximately MEUR 117.5.

Through the acquisition, Hedin Automotive further expands its footprint in Switzerland and is now the second largest BMW and MINI dealer group in the country.

Alpina Group’s business is transferred to Hedin Automotive AG as of today, October 19, 2022.
