    1.　IT本部
    新たな経営システムと中長期成長戦略の実現に向けて、最新デジタル技術やデータの戦略的活用を事業・機能横断かつグローバルに加速・推進することを目的に、社内のIT・デジタル部門を集約し、「IT本部」を新設する。
    ・「先進技術本部」傘下の「デジタル戦略部」を移管する。
    ・「企画財務本部」傘下の「プロセス・IT部」を移管する。
    2.　モビリティ技術本部
    新しいパーソナルモビリティのビジネス検討を行うとともに、電動化技術の技術開発企画機能の強化を図ることを目的に、「モビリティ技術本部」を再編する。
